Prior to establishing UVA Gems & Jewels, Rajeev built a long professional career responsible for managing business operations, client relationships, compliance requirements, risk management and financial processes across diverse business segments.

Drawing on this extensive experience in professional management and customer service, Rajeev established UVA Gems & Jewels alongwith his son Lakshay Goel with a strong focus on transparency, accountability, ethical business practices and long-term client relationships.

Under their leadership, the company works closely with trusted manufacturing partners and artisan workshops across Jaipur and Delhi to support OEM, ODM, and private label requirements for retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and jewellery brands worldwide.
