Prior to establishing UVA Gems & Jewels, Rajeev built a long professional career in the banking sector and retired as a Deputy General Manager from the State Bank of India (SBI), a premier largest commercial bank of India having global presence. Throughout his career, he was responsible for managing business operations, client relationships, compliance requirements, risk management and financial processes across diverse business segments.

Drawing on this extensive experience in professional management and customer service, Rajeev established UVA Gems & Jewels with a strong focus on transparency, accountability, ethical business practices, and long-term client relationships.

Under his leadership, the company works closely with trusted manufacturing partners and artisan workshops across Jaipur and Delhi to support OEM, ODM, and private label requirements for retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and jewellery brands worldwide.

At UVA Gems & Jewels, Rajeev oversees business operations, client engagement, export documentation coordination, and overall quality and service standards, ensuring that every project is managed with professionalism and attention to detail.
